Lose the Job and get a Career

I was a licensed stylist for 4 years before I decided to change my Career Path, I had a good job with perks and a steady pay check. What I didn’t have was Growth Potential. I had maxed out. Nowhere to go with my business, I wanted not only a new salon with different stylists to work with but new services to learn, different type salon atmosphere and yes, a totally different city to call my hair home.  It was as if the success train was leaving with or without me and this time, I was hell bent on having a seat right up front, so there was no turning back. Sometimes Jobs lead you to your Career and a successful personal and business life. Other times what started out as a great career path took a wrong turn and slipped away into a job.
